I think next time if you want to apply for HKTTA game, you are better to send your application by hand directly to their office. This can make sure your application and seat.

From the application ...如報名隊數超過32 隊，本會有權取消報名超過4 隊的球會/團體以外的參賽名額(取消後以4 隊為上限)。First come first serve basis, so a few teams submitted earlier can get a max of <=4 team loh..
So .. if 8 球會 each applies 4 teams and submit at first, it will be a small group party then.
That's the arrangment for non-registered players!!.
