啞巴吃餃子 - 心裏有數
啞巴吃餃子的時候, 吃了多少餃子, 嘴上雖然說不出來, 但心裏總是有個數目的.
'心裏有數'的意思是: 對某一種事情嘴上雖然不說, 但是心裏十分明白.



A mute person eating jiaozi - knowing how many he has eaten
When a mute person eats jiaozi (dumplings), he knows how many he has eaten, even though he cannot speak.
心裏有數 means knowing the situation quite well, yet saying nothing.
