We made it. Congratulations to lily Zhang and team ICC coaches for working hard for last four years to achieve this goal.
Special thanks to Massimo Costantini for taking care of Lily Zhang even though he was exited out by USATT to stay physically with her in the event as her coach. He has sent a strong message to USATT that he can still make it without USATT support. Finally he made it, Lily made it and ICC made it.
As promised, not physically at the event but we managed for Massimo Costantini to stay connected with her via email or phone to guide her and achieve goal for ICC, and better future of Table Tennis in USA.
Lily Zhang just upset 3rd seed Kato Miyu of Japan to grab the first ever Olympic medal for USA.

We are just one more match away to create history for Table Tennis in USA by winning Medal at Olympics.
Team ICC player Lily Zhang is going very strong at YOG and have reached to QF stage today. Before reaching at this stage she performed excellent to beat Lung Lisa (BEL) 4-2, Zarif Audrey (FRA) 3-1, Park Seri (KOR) 3-1 and Kim regina (UZB) 3-0.
She will take over Khetkhuan Tamolwan (THA) in next round. Both of them have played three times with each other and Lily lost to her once in 2009 and won twice, in 2011 and 2013.
