8. Participating Teams
1) National teams from countries along the “The Belt and Road” are invited.
2) Ten domestic teams from provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities along “The Belt and Road” are invited.
3) Teams from the major sponsors and organizers are invited.
9. Participation
1) Age Limit
Players born between 31st December 1958 and 1st January, 2003 are eligible.
2) Entry
a. Provinces, autonomous regions and cities may enter domestic teams.
b. The name of a participating team can be “a place + a sponsor” or vice versa. Please be reminded that no cigarette or wine shall be on the name of a team. The name of the city, country or area must be embodied in the name of the team, for example, Beijing *** (name of a brand or a company) Team.
c. Each participating team can enter one team manager, one coach (team manager and coach can also be one of the players) and four players (for domestic teams, two male and two female players, for foreign teams no requirement on gender).
d. The first entry shall be done between June 7th to 17th (confirmation of the name of the team). The second entry will be between August 1st to 5th (confirmation of the players). Teams shall fill in the entry form and send it to the designated mailbox. Teams having succcessfully entered shall receive confirmation email and the invitation message to join the official wechat group.

f. Chinese players shall enter with their I. D. card and foreign players with their passports. The scanned copies of the passports shall be sumbitted upon entry and players need to carry their passports during the tournaments for the inspection by umpires.
g. One player may only represent one team in the tournament and otherwise the whole team shall be disqualified from the tournament.
3) Entry Fee
a. No entry fee for this tournament. As for transportation expenses, All teams need to pay their own travels to and from Anshan. During tournament, the organizers will take care of all transportation, board and lodging and other expenses. For accopmanying persons, accommodation is RMB500 Yuan per person per day.
b. Each teamshall pay RMB500 Yuan upon entry that will be reimbursed after completion of the tournament, except in case of late cancellation or withdrawal.
4) Regulations on Insurance
a. Participating players shall submit a heatlh certification from the hospital upon entry.
b. Players shall cover “personal accident insurance” formalities for the competition in advance and sumit a copy of the insurance policy certificate upon check-in.
c. Participating teams must sign a the letter of commitment for safety with the local organizers upon check-in.
5) Check in
a. All teams shall check in at Anshan Wuhuan Hotel before 16:00 on August 31st (43 Shengli Road, Tiedong District) and receive a welcome bag with all the materials for the tournament.
b. Participating teams arriving earlier shall pay for their accommodation.

6) Other matters
a. All participating teams are requted to attend the Jury Meeting to be held in Wuhuan Hotel at 19:00 on August 31st.
b. Complimentary city tour shall be organized and all participating teams are welcome. Scenic spots include Mount Qian (AAAAA Tourist Attraction), Jade Buddha Temple (a Guinness record as the biggest jade Buddha in the world), High-Tech Zone and Development Area. TheOC will also organize a table tennis exchange activity on September 3rd.
c. Teams interested to watch China Table Tennis Championships to held in Anshan on September 7th - 16th will be provided complimentary tickets and transport as well as recommendation of hotels (board and lodging at their own cost).
10. Playing Methods
1) The competition is divided into two stages: group single round robin in the first stage and single knock out in the second stage.
2) Each Mixed Team Match shall be best of five matches and each individual meatch shall be best of five games, with evelen point for each game. The competition forma is: B/C-Y/Z, A-X, C-Z. A-Y,B-X
3) Players of a team shall wear uniformly and the main color of the T-shirt and shorts shall not be white.
4) Laws of Table Tennis Laws 2016 shall be applied in this tournament.

12. Prize
1) Thetop eight teams shall be awarded prizes.
2) The top three will be awarded metals, certificates and prizes, and the fourth to eighth will be awarded certificates and prizes.
3) Prize money (RMB before taxes) allocaion is as follows:
The First Prize: 100,000 yuan
The Second Prize: 70,000 yuan
The Third Prize: 50,000 yuan
The Fourth Prize: 30,000 yuan
The Fifth Prize: 25,000 yuan
The Sixth Prize: 20,000 yuan
The Seventh Prize: 15,000 yuan
The Eighth Prize: 10,000 yuan
4) Excellent Organization Prize shall be awarded and the detailed information shall be in further noticed.
5) After prize-awarding ceremony, all teams will receive souvenirs.
13. Technical Officials
Chinese Table Tennis Association, Liaoning Table Tennis and Badminton Sports Management Center and the local Organizing Committee shall work together to appoint the referee, deputy referees and umpires.
14. Publicity
This prospectus will be published on the official websites of International Table Tennis Federation, Asian Table Tennis Federation and Chinese Table Tennis Association as well as China TT. Com.
