Thanks your comments. It is an antique which was make by Yinhe in 2004 when it was first introduced Hinoki wood to China. Excess demand caused shortage untill 2007. But there were only 30 blades with 10 mm thickness available in 2007. The 10 mm thickness was stated come from 250 year old Hinoki wood so it was very expensive at that time.
