Thanks for your good idea.
I think we do need to review about it from time to time.
At the beginning, I can feel that the management team did consider the contribution of someone before to invite them to be those leaders.
In fact, we all are volunteers and have our own jobs and family, so most of us can't spend too much time on it.
But we all love table tennis, we are friendly and happy mind, we all wish the forum growing, we have heart on it and we can spend time to take up some tasks if requested. Then I think it is enough for us.
We have many many leaders here compared to other forum, because we feel more comfortable to be members or leader in this forum. One day when all the leaders join together we must have great fun in the gathering.
In fact, we don't mind to be re-arranged and let the proper persons for better performance.
Hopefully you can keep on your good opinions to our forum.
